I am looking for carpet protection. Covering for an office chair. I have tried plywood (splinters) same with bamboo. Plastic from an office supply store ( chair sinks into plastic ) I am thinking I need a steel sheet covering. I guess the real problem is... I weigh 300 lbs and the wheels won't move after sitting more than a minute or two. What would you recommend?

The Marmoleum sheet goods must be adhered to a smooth solid surface such as plywood. If you applied the Marmoleum over 3/4" plywood or some other similar hard smooth surface, it would be suitable for office chairs with castors. You can find heavy duty castors online that will spread the load evenly and not leave dents.
