Per the actual product page (not the sample page), "Sustainably made in Europe: Marmoleum Click is assembled in Germany. Each panel is composed of three-parts: top layer - 2.5mm Marmoleum (Netherlands), middle layer - high density waterproof fiberboard made from recycled wood fiber (France), and bottom layer - cork (Portugal). Linoleum is naturally resilient and together with a layer of cork on the bottom makes for a very comfortable floor to stand or walk on. Together all three components provide your home with a warmer, quieter feeling."
