We were planning on using this in our bathroom and wondered if it would be suitable to be used underneath an old clawfoot tub, toilet and vanity?

With proper installation, a claw foot tub can be placed on top of the Marmoleum Cinch Loc tiles with no issue. You may install under a toilet. But the vanity, as it is "cabinetry", you will need to install up to instead of underneath it.
