The Cinch-loc Seal has waterproof properties because Forbo uses an HDF which is more water-resistant. The waterproof properties with the HDF they use are reached by using a specific type of non toxic glue for the middle layer and by adding additional non toxic components like water repellents to the HDF. No PFAS are used. The exact ingredients are considered proprietary, so they won't be able to send them out, but also note the Seal tiles pass CARB 2 & CDPH 01350 testing.
