Forbo Marmoleum Modular tiles are only available in a 10x10 or 20x20 Modular tiles. The only way to accomplish that 37" width would be to purchase Donkey Island in the sheet goods and cut to size. The sheets come 79" wide so you could cut it in half and have little waste for your project. Adhesive that is required is Sustain 1195 which comes in gallons and cover 125 SF.
