I have a terra cotta kitchen floor that hasn't been impregnated or sealed for more than 18 years. What do you suggest especially with a household with cats?

Even though it has been 18 years, there may still be residues of oils, waxes or other sealers. If you can remove whatever was used previously 100%, and the tiles are completely porous, then and only then would we recommend Mexeseal. You recommend that you test first with a small sample that is available on our website.
