What sheen is best for a natural slate kitchen floor? Our floor looks very dry, and we don't mind it looker darker with a sealant but don't want extremely shiny.

Mexeseal comes in a satin or semi-gloss. We recommend testing with both to see which looks best. Bear in mind, neither sheen will darken the slate. For that you need a solvent-based sealer which is full of you know what and we don't sell those types of products.
