Can you re- finish this floor if installed floating or only glue down installation would allow for refinish /sanding ?

Per the webpage verbiage, "The surface layer is approximately 1/8� (3.5mm) thick, which can be sanded two times, allowing several generations to enjoy this beautiful floor." This floor is meant to be installed as a floating floor, so yes.
