Yes Kahrs Avanti Canvas series floor has a 3.5mm surface layer that can be professionally sanded and refinished at least twice. We suggest using 3 coats of our AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP which is a non-toxic durable polyurethane finish designed for hardwood flooring.
