I'm looking at the product SafeCoat Hard Seal to cover up cat urine. The previous owner of my home had a cat and I'm looking for a way to cover the smell. How well does this product cover up cat urine that's on a concrete subfloor? Can this product be used on a concrete subfloor? Is there a better product that you are aware of that would do this?"

Unfortunately, we don't offer a non-toxic product for cat urine. There is a product called urineOFF designed specifically for this.
For the future, sealing concrete is something we do well. Try our Green Building Supply Penetrating Sealer.
