We are a real brick and mortar store and have been in business for 28 years. We've been selling Forbo Marmoleum for almost 20 years and have yet to have a single warranty claim for imperfect products. Everyone buys from the same manufacturer and no one stocks this, so it does not matter where you buy it from. Buying online from us results in the same product shipped from the same place at the same time.
Yes, we warrant our sales, but we do not warrant for bad installations. If you receive something that is not first-grade quality, or if your installer is not happy with the product that is received, it should be rejected and not accepted or installed. There is no charge for replacing with a perfect product. Such instances are very rare.
