We would suggest using our Concrete Penetrating Sealer. This will permanently close the pores of your concrete so that water/vapor can no longer get through. It can only be placed over raw, unsealed concrete.
Can I apply this to a concrete floor to prevent moisture from coming up through the concrete? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, WaterShield Concrete & Masonry Sealers
