Hi! I'm renovating a vintage trailer and need to waterproof the plywood flooring that sits on the fiberglass. Which product should I use? Looking for eco, no off-gassing, long lasting, waterproof, mold/mildew proof. No sun exposure.

You can certainly use the DynoSeal on the underside. On the topside (where you'll be walking), you may use the AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP, if you are keeping the "plywood look". You may order small samples of these online to test first.
