I have an underground storage tank (kerosene) that had 2 copper pipes which were terminated and covered with cement and some type of epoxy patch. The patch failed after 13+ years (we bought home not knowing about the tank)had the cement removed enough to see only one of the two copper pipes was crimpedthe other one had a sliw frpthat has been crimped and epoxy applied but basement still smells of kerosene. Does your dynaseal product seal cement so we won't smell kerosene?

Maybe. We've not tested it for that type of odor, but it has worked for similar odors. It might require 3-4 coats to fully block the smells. However, make sure the surface is dry as this will not bond well if applied directly over solvents such as kerosene.
