The product we recommend is GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer. You will have to clean existing mold before application. It can be painted over when fully dry, but ONLY with 100% Acrylic concrete floor paint. We suggest AFM Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint or ECOS Interior Floor Paint, both of which are available on our website.
