Wanted to add to reviews of this product. My home is now 20 years old and the original owners had this flooring installed throughout the main living areas; foyer, kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining area. It still looks amazing. Even with a prior family with kids and now my 80lb goldendoodle giving it the test on a daily basis, the wood and finish are holding up exceptionally well. It is reassuring however, to know refinishing is a possibility if needed in the future. I am hoping to install this product in my master bedroom in the near future. Although slightly less in thickness than the original floor, it should not be a problem maintaining a suitable transition. (?)

It is so wonderful to hear it's been such a great floor for you! It's a big deal to hear the Kahrs UV cured acrylic finish holds up so well to your sweet good sized pup! And yes, it is helpful to know that it can have a mild refinishing, if need be. But it's reassuring to hear you haven't had to at all .
