I have a concrete floor base. I would like to have a softer surface in my bathroom and I am considering marmoleum. Can you put some type of padding on the concrete floor base, under the marmoleum to give it more cushioning effect? (I had surgery on my foot.)

Marmoleum sheeting must be glued to a concrete or plywood subfloor. It cannot be glued to any type of cushion. If you you need more cush underfoot, consider using our floating waterproof Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Seal which has more cush due to the cork backing. You could also consider gluing down our Waterproof Cork flooring which will be the softest option.
