Because it comes in a roll, there is a lot of memory in it as it is rolled out. If you put some weights on it, it will flatten out overnight. It's not required but most people either glue or staple it to keep it in place as you are laying flooring on top of it. Our Taylor Resolute or AFM 3-in-1 are both non-toxic adhesives that can be used. If you are gluing the flooring down on top of the cork, then use the Taylor Resolute underneath and on top. Do not use the 3-in-1 for gluing the flooring down on top.
