Forbo Marmoleum Vivace is 4.98/Square Foot, ships on a roll, and we sell it by the Square Yard.Vivace Rolls come 6.58 feet wide, so your room is going to have a seam either running lengthwise or widthwise.A 10 foot x 20 foot room is 200 Square Feet. This does not include the overage that any installers would recommend (10% is a good overage number for an experienced installer). 200 Square Feet x 1.10% = 220 Square Feet, which is 24.44 Square Yards.As we only sell by the whole square yard, you will need to round up when you order material to 25 Square Yards (225 Square Feet). 225 x $4.98 = $1120.50 for the Vivace itself. Keep in mind sales tax and freight shipping, which will vary from state to state. And do not forget the adhesive (Sustain 1195) that will be needed for proper installation.
