Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Seal is a highly functional waterproof*, lifeproof floor that can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry and virtually anywhere inside a home or office. It may be used under appliances but only up to cabinetry. If a floor drain or sump pump is present, it is there for a reason. DO NOT INSTALL Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal on that level.
