What size can light dies this replace? Mine use par 40 bulbs.

Par 40 means a narrow beam angle of 40 degrees or lower. It has nothing to do with the size of the bulb or the intensity of the light. This 4 " LED downlight is dimmable and has a narrow beam. It has 760 lumens which is brighter than most Par 40 bulbs but it is dimmable if you have a dimmer switch.
