I have a coat polyurethane over an accent wall� The �clear� polyurethane turned my walls yellow� Will this remove just the polyurethane or will it also ruined my paint job?

It most likely turned yellow because you used an oil based polyurethane. Oils yellow. There is no guarantee the 540 PM will not hurt the paint. You may purchase it and test it in an area to see.
