I have a metal shed. It gets very hot in the summer. I use radiant heat in the winter. Would there be any benefit to painting both the interior and exterior surfaces of walls and roof?

You would only need to use Radiosity on one side or the other. It does not matter which, however, we would recommend the outside as that is where the intensity of infrared heat is the greatest. If you want to apply to both sides, there is no harm.
