This may seem odd. I am looking for a 20" or 24" solar fan to pull air from outside to push through solar heated space through wood storage area for drying lumber?

Sure, why not. You can direct the fan either inside or outside. Obviously, it will only work if there is sun and depending upon how quickly you need your lumber dried and how much sun you get, it may or may not be a good idea. It's certainly more sustainable and less expensive than paying for electricity every day.
