Can I use this in my organic raised garden galvanized steel beds? Are there chemicals that will leach into the soil?

Per Chemlink, M1 is USDA approved for agricultural buildings/floors and 100% solid, nothing will leach into the soil. However, if it is under the soil and constantly wet, it is not meant to hold up to the constant wetness.
