My floors were at one time waxed years ago. Carpeting has been pulled. Can I use this product?

Maybe. If your floor has wax now, that usually means it has a oil-based finish and not a polyurethane finish. If so, Bona will strip off the oils and is therefore, not recommended. We offer several products for cleaning oil and wax finished floors: Rubio Monocrat Surface Care Spray, or Bioshield Floor Milk. These will not be good for floors that have polyurethane finishes.If you floor has a polyurethane finish, the Bona floor cleaners or the WoodWise products will work well.
