Their standard faucet is a BPA free plastic. The entire AquaRain Natural Gravity Water Filter system is made in the USA. Their stainless steel is made in Wisconsin, they make the ceramic filters and a company in Ohio makes the faucet. The o-rings are silicon and rubber. These o-rings (washers) are made of NSF/ANSI 61 certified nitrile rubber (N-7039). NSF 61 is the standard for approved contact with drinking water. This information is all directly from AquaRain.
