You can staple it down if you want; loose lay and glue down are other options. Gravity, as well as the weight of the flooring on top of it will keep it from moving around.
Does the cork underlayment need to be stapled down ? I will use bamboo over it US Floors, Natural Cork Underlayment Roll Cork Underlayment
