Can the 6mm be used with Kahrs Wood Flooring? Will they honor the warranty? Would this our the quiet walk plus offer more cushion?

Kahrs does not warranty cork underlayment usage under their floors. However, if you decide you are going to use cork underlayment, we would not recommend doing more than 1/8 inch thick (which is about 3 mm). Also, do not use cork underlayment in conjunction with QuiteWalk Plus. You should choose one or the other, never both. You need a degree of stability under your floor. Too much give/squish will create a strain on where the boards come together, and your floor will fail, and probably squeak a lot on the way out.
