Without knowing specifics of your vinyl floor, we would recommend general cleaners such as AFM Safecoat Multi-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser or Core Products Hydroxi Pro Concentrated Cleaner. The Woodwise *might* work, but as it is formulated more for hardwood it would not be our first recommendation.
