Can GBS Industrial Strength Cleaner be used to power-wash residential vinyl siding and aluminum trim? Is it safe for flower beds? Will it kill mildew?

Sure...but make sure to saturate surrounding grass, plants, etc and cover them as best you can before application. Dilute the cleaner at least 15 to one, or even 20 to one water to cleaner and rinse several times to remove any leftover residue. I'll always recommend testing before applying.It will kill mildew because it has a high pH of 10.4.
