In my upcoming home re-roofing job, my roofer is going to be sealing any soffits or vents that are up on my roof while it is re-tiled.I am looking to use a ceramic lightweight S tile which will have an underlayment below the tile. My roof job will entail sealing the installation of these vents onto the roof, and then I would have the underlayment abut or overlap slightly. Because of my sensitivities so many adhesives and coatings, and concerned about off-gassing of these materials into my air circulation system through these openings , what do you think may be best sealing product for my job ? I would like to use AFM Safecoat Dynoflex textured natural ?
