It can once you remove the old caulk. Keep in mind none of the caulk we sell contains mold or mildewcide. So, if your wanting that kind of protection, it will not be our caulks.
Can this be used to seal between a kitchen counter and backsplash? I need a nontoxic caulk in either clear or black. ChemLink, Clear Polyether Sealant, 10.1-Ounce Caulks, Sealants & Adhesives
