Could this be used to line the floor of a coop (with bedding on top)? I'm assuming this is safe around animals once properly applied/cured?

This would be a great waterproofer for underneath the coop where it meets the ground. Inside the coop, there would be a risk of chickens pecking into it. A safer option would be PolyWhey. It will protect from moisture and seals a thinner layer over the wood to help with easier cleaning.
