The underlayment to be used with a wood floor is the MP Global QuietWalk which provides a patented system of moisture protection reducing mold and mildew, smooths out little subfloor imperfections, quiets impact sound and floor-to-ceiling noise and increases R-value to help keep floors warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. The wool pads is to be used under carpet installations.
