Your concrete slab needs to be dry before installing porcelain tile. Try using heat, fans, and good ventilation to speed up the drying process. You will not be able to use any of the concrete sealers that we offer, such as GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer, because it will seal the concrete so well that the thinset mortar will not adhere to the surface.
