It says surface should be dry and clean. What would you use to clean 1) concrete (just soap and water or does it need to be acid etched?), 2) outside green mildew on foundation stucco siding (bleach or power wash or both?) thanks

Dynoseal is topical type coating and does not require acid etching. Just simple cleaning of any previous coatings, mold, moss, fungus or mildew. Powerwash for sure and let dry for 24 hours.
