The AFM Almighty Adhesive is made for interior only. For exterior applications, we recommend our M-1 which is an adhesive and a sealant which is a heavy duty product made for commercial and industrial roofing. Because we are not familiar with your elastomeric waterproofing, you will need to test it to confirm that it adheres properly.
