I am installing click loc Marmoleum flooring in a shed on slab construction. I have already installed 6 mil vapor barrier and an OSB subfloor to provide more cushion/insulation. I want an underlayment that doesn't have a vapor barrier that could trap any potential moisture between layers as the 6 mil is underneath. Is this the right product?

First of all, Cinch Loc is an interior product for temperature controlled areas. So we hope this shed is heated and temperature controlled as any dwelling space would be. The MP Global, QuietWalk Plus - without Antimicrobials is a unique patented system designed to allow moisture to wick its way out from beneath a floor and into the ambient air. So that would be better.
