That's a tough one. Terracotta and limestone tiles vary so much as manufacturers often use binding agents to add to tiles. So there isn't an "across the board" answer. Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer would be the one to use, if it works. Are the tiles absorbent? e.g. do they both take in water uniformly? Was there ever a waterproofing agent/other sealer applied in the past? If there is anything currently on the tiles "in the way" of the new sealer, it may not work. This sealer needs open, clear pores to soak into. The way to know is to order a small sample of it online first to test and see if it fully soaks in and doesn't pool on top. If it fully soaks in to the clean tiles and no pooling, then it should work.
