I want to seal the concrete floor in my basement bathroom, to avoid staining (particularly around the toilet). I only want a clear sealant, and prefer no gloss. Is this AFM SafeCoat WaterShield a good option, or might I be better off with the MexeSeal?

Mexeseal is a topical coating and will be a more durable. It is available in a satin or semi-gloss sheen. WaterShield was designed mainly to repel water and not acids like urine. It is a penetrating sealer and produces no sheen.
