Hi there, I'd like a softer feel under foot and would like to use two layers of carpet padding because of the hard concrete floors. Would either this Nature's Carpet or the Earth Weave equivalent allow two layers one on top of each other without any thing to attach both layers? From bottom to top: concrete, two layers of carpet padding, then the carpet. Also, would a moisture barrier be needed if laid on top of concrete on the ground level of a single storey house without a basement? Thanks for taking time to consider my questions.

Yes, either brand of padding should work but you will need to attach them in some way so they don't bunch up by first sewing them together or using safety pins.
