How water resistant is this particular product? If we spill a couple tablespoons of water while caring for our plants (unnoticed), will that damage this flooring?

Unattended spills will affect any floor and floor finish. For a couple tablespoons, you are weighing how long it would take for the liquid to evaporate versus if it seeps through the cracks to the engineered center wood and promotes swelling, or worse, seeps beneath that and promotes mold growth in your subfloor.The only products we carry that are actually waterproof are the Amorim Cork Waterproof floors, available in cork look and wood look styles.
