The Rubio Monocoat Exterior Wood Cleaner is a cleaner but not a stripper. It would help to remove dirt and grease but is not intended to remove coatings. We carry the Blue Bear 600GL as a coatings remover and the Blue Bear 700DG as the cleaner to remove the 600GL.
