The Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C Kit is a good bet. Rubio Monocoat is plant-based, 100% VOC-FREE and has virtually no odor once dry. The finish is highly durable and water-resistant so no need for an additional sealer. You will need a buffer for flooring that can be rented from most hardware stores.
