I am currently building an enclosure for my Bearded dragons, the entire inside of the enclosure will be covered with sanded grout and will need to be sealed. I understand this product to be low odor and no VOC when applying. But my concern is when exposed to my 75 watt heat lamp will this product leach chemicals or fumes over time. Imagine being locked in a box 24 hours a day with noxious fumes. Not a pretty picture. Anyone have any thoughts? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Grout Sealer Concrete & Masonry Sealers

According to the manufacturer, AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer will not leach at all even with the heat lamp and should work well for you.
