M-1 is a versatile construction adhesive and sealant for interior or exterior use. Made for industrial roofing, it can be applied in damp, dry, and cold climates down to 30 �F. It won't discolor with UV light and is capable of joint movement in excess of 35% in both compression and extension. M-1 has a 20-minute skin-over time, is paintable after 24 hours, is non-toxic and has very low odor (16.9 g/l VOC)!
