What people use as caulk for bathrooms, kitchens etc. is either the ChemLink, NovaLink 35 All-Weather Construction Sealant or the ChemLink, Clear Polyether Sealant. Keep in mind none of the caulk we sell contains mold or mildewcide. So, if your wanting that, it will not be our caulks.M-1 could work, but M-1 is more a powerhouse (commonly used for exterior situations), it would be overkill to use it for a kitchen sink.
