Yes, but there's only so much that products like AFM Safecoat Penetrating Water Stop can do to stop moisture, so please get an expert in to tell you what you need to do get to the root of how to keep your basement dry. This can include grading your property so that water runs away from the house, extending gutter downspouts, and installing a French drain system around your house to channel water away from it, just to mention a few options. Since you have a moisture problem, before applying AFM SafeCoat Penetrating Water Stop, check to see if it is dry enough to absorb the Water Stop. We suggest you test it for moisture with a Calcium Chloride Moisture Test Kit.
