Is there a moisture limit for floating over concrete with a vapor barrier? We're located in Florida. Calcium chloride test came back around 4.5 in our rooms - no noticeable moisture when we lifted carpet.

We've provided Kahrs flooring to customers in Florida for decades without issue. However, you must use a vapor barrier such as our QuietWalk Plus. It will protect the wood from excessive moisture (way higher than 4.5) as it is designed to do.
